About Us...
ZYZ is a national wholesale ingredient supplier that was started by three brothers in the city of Chicago.
After working several years in the food and beverage industry, the Zyzda brothers decided to branch off and start their own company, named after their late father's CBOT trading name.

Starting an ingredient company was a dream of our late father (Dave Zyzda) but never came to fruition. So the three of us decided to help him fulfill that dream ten years later.

The baking industry has always been in our blood. It started with our Grandfather, Donald Bianchi. His passion and knowledge was inspiring to us at a young age to forge our own path in the food industry. We'd always talk about following his footsteps one day and make our family proud.
